Returns and Refund

While Bigfoot Guitars does not normally encourage that you cancel or exchange your order, we will ensure that in the event that you do need to cancel or need a replacement, the same is executed with the least amount of inconvenience to you. We are committed to making your shopping experience an enjoyable and hassle-free one and hence request you to read the terms of refund and returns, prior to making a purchase. If you wish to cancel an order you have just placed with us, we would require you to inform us within 24 hours of the order being placed. Only orders that have not already been dispatched can be cancelled. You can write to us at karan@bigfootguitars.com to cancel your order. We do not accept returns of breakable and fragile products. As a policy, we do not offer refunds on any of our products. We can, however, facilitate a replacement in the event of a manufacturing or delivery damage. We take all necessary precautions to ensure that your order is packaged carefully to avoid breakage. However, should you at the time of delivery, receive your order in a damaged or broken condition, please get in touch with our customer support within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product. Our return policy allows for a minimum of 15 days and a maximum of 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. We will replace the product for you at no additional cost*. We urge you to read all product descriptions carefully before placing an order with us. Bigfoot Guitars will make like Bigfoot and will not accept any request for return or exchange if you do not like the product material, colour, etc. upon receiving the order. Items tagged as ‘Sale’ or ‘Special Promotions’ etc., are not eligible for exchange or return.
